• 140 g flour (1 cup)
• 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 240 g plant-based milk (1 cup, we used vanilla soy milk)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Mix together plant-based milk, lemon juice / apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract, and set it aside.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt, and stir together.
3. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir well.
4. Prepare your frying pan over low heat and grease it with a little oil.
5. Add your pancake batter to the pan, making pancakes of your desired size, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
6. Optionally, garnish your finished pancakes with your favorite fruits and our Almond Cacao or Sweet Tahini.
