• 2 ripe bananas • 1/4 cup (60ml) maple sirup • 1/4 cup (60ml) almond or peanut butter • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose wheat flour • 3/4 tsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp baking soda

1. Preheat the oven to 180° C / 355° F and prepare your muffin tray and/or muffin baking cases.
2. Ripe and mash the bananas, add all the wet ingredients (nut butter and maple sirup), and mix well.
3. To the bowl, add all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and baking soda) and mix.
4. Divide the dough into muffin cases, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake for about 22 minutes.
5. Enjoy generously decorated with our Hazelnut Cacao or Almond Cacao nutbutters.
