Our vanilla porridge can be enjoyed with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola, and pairs perfectly with our spreads. So, let’s get started on making a delicious oatmeal and experimenting with different toppings!
• 80 g oats (3/4 cup) • 200 g hot water (1 cup) • 150 g vanilla soy milk (3/4 cup) • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar • A pinch of salt
1. Put oats in a saucepan followed by hot water and let the oatmeal sit for a few minutes over low heat.
2. Add vanilla sugar, vanilla soy milk, and a pinch of salt.
3. Bring the oatmeal to a boil over medium heat while stirring.
4. Cook the oatmeal over low heat for about 5 minutes — until it reaches the desired consistency.
5. Top with our Almond Cacao spread, raspberries, bananas, apple slices, coconut, and your favorite granola.
