A super quick and easy recipe everyone can do! All you’ll need to make these delicious vegan waffles are a waffle maker and not even 20 minutes.
It’s a perfect treat anytime you have a sweet tooth, but you can add some vegan yoghurt or another source of protein and have these vegan waffles for a nutritionally balanced breakfast or brunch as well.
Let your creativity run wild with this one, and don’t be scared to try different combinations.
• 250 g all-purpose flour (1 and 1/2 cups)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 400 ml almond milk (1 and 2/3 cups) or for the desired consistency
• Pinch of salt
• Waffle maker
1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Add almond milk and whisk the butter. You may have to adjust the amount of milk according to the consistency, so add it gradually.
3. Pour the butter into a waffle maker and make waffles.
4. Decorate the waffles with berries, almond flakes and drizzle with our Almond Cacao to get the best flavour combo.
